Firstly the forecast is dry (so fingers crossed it stays that way)

OK, so there is junior cricket on until around 12.00 and the car park will be quite full. So the stalls, bouncy castle, ice cream van, etc. can set up around 12.15 If we need to fire up BBQ earlier then that is fine. Access to the function room is from around 10.00, if we need it that early.

Simon from the CC has also asked me to remind us, that they are allowing us to use their facilities (for free) and it is not in the spirit of using the club for the day if people “smuggle” their own drinks in and don’t buy from the bar and also they are cracking down on underage drinking (just passing the message on). Also the children can run around and play anywhere but please respect the Cricket Square and keep off it.

Medals for all age groups up to and including U14s provided, (if you want to do player of year or most improved, etc.etc then you will need to organise these individually). 

The day will be staggered but of course we would love to see everyone there all day!!! See below for your age groups time: There have been some slight changes to the times, but it should work fine so don’t worry.

The kit suppliers can no longer attend the day for a fitting of jerseys so we will need at least a volunteer from each team (ideally it would be great if we had some volunteers to run this all day). The plan is that straight after your team’s medal presentation slots that you then take the team to be fitted. I would suggest you bring a list of your players so you can make a note of their sizes and then give to Steve Bolam once it is complete. Therefore it is important all players attend this day or / and you can guess the ones that aren’t there.
